    Choose whether you are building a blank structure, an operational ledger or an extraction target. It also records scope and review ownership.

    Keep one airway bill per row with identifiers, parties, routing, pieces, weights, charges, source page and review status.

    Keep each rate or charge on its own row so repeated descriptions, units, rates and subtotals remain auditable.

    Document common source regions, formats, operational purpose and checks for each column.

Use IATA and carrier rules as references, not guessed defaults

Field names in the workbook are operational aids. Confirm numbering, units, charge ownership, currency and any target TMS or ERP import specification against the current source documents and your approved process.
